The Entrepreneurs Law’ was Ukraine Email List of the main bets of the electoral program of the Government chaired by Mariano Rajoy, but after more than seven months of the legislature it has not finished materializing, despite being one of the most important demands by companies in the last years. “It has not even been included in the list of the 20 laws that make up the Executive’s reform plan for the second half of the year,” Gómez del Pozuelo recalled. Likewise, adigital joins the request made by different groups regarding the possibility of VAT being settled once the invoices are collected, and not at the time they are issued, as is currently in force. An aggravated circumstance with the increase in the VAT tax rate to 21% and now with the 21% withholding in personal income tax for the self-employed, decisions with which adigital shows its total disagreement because they will mean “an aggravation of the squalid liquidity that already they have companies, freelancers and professionals ”, assures its president. For this association, if the VAT increase, according to the Government, was essential given the situation of the State accounts, the most positive thing would have been to reduce social contributions much more to make the Spanish economy more competitive and thus support job creation and exports.

Favor entrepreneurshipadigital has transferred to the main political parties the document “Proposals to promote entrepreneurship and digital businesses in Spain.” Among other initiatives, the association proposes to simplify the procedures for the creation of companies, significantly reduce social contributions in the first 12 months of activity and promote training in digital skills, so that the management of organizations can benefit from the multiple possibilities of the digital economy.  On the other hand, it demands that tax advantages be offered for private investments in new business projects. “In France the deduction of the invested amounts is 25%, up to a maximum of 40,000 euros per year and they have the possibility of computing eventual losses up to a ceiling of 60,000 euros per year”, Elena Gómez del Pozuelo points out in this regard. Likewise, it also promotes that the taxation of stock options be modified, and that the remuneration of the shares is comparable to that of the capital. In this regard, the president of adigital concludes “it is as easy as applying what has already worked in other countries such as France, where they launched the new statute of” auto-entrepreneur “in the midst of the crisis, and in two years it managed to get 500,000 people to they will launch into the adventure of undertaking ”.adigital also recalls that the Government, in addition to the cuts, must approve measures to boost growth, supporting private initiative as the protagonist of the Spanish economic recovery and consolidation.
