As confirmed by the Journal sources , the charges against Amazon will focus on accusing them that their dual role as responsible for a marketplace and as a seller of their own white label products collide. The indictment claims that Amazon uses the data generated by its third-party sellers to compete against them by launching products similar to the ones they sell.
