As a novelty, this year not only advertising agencies have been analyzed, but also marketing services and digital ones. The integration of the services currently provided by the agencies has made the consulting firm adapt the Study to its needs. The field work has been carried out during the months of December 2009 and January 2010 through online and telephone interviews.

The average total annual gross salary of  Belgium Email List the professionals interviewed is € 61,200. This year 27 posts have been analyzed, 7 more than in the last edition. Three out of every four professionals are under 40 years old, 35 being the average for the profession and almost 90% of those interviewed have university training. Each time the seniority in the position is more similar to the seniority in the agency, this time being almost identical (5.3 and 5.2 years respectively).Regarding remuneration, the fixed one is maintained but the variable grows. 36% of those interviewed have a variable part in their remuneration, the bonus for objectives being the one that is used the most.

On the other hand, 75% of the professionals have non-monetary remuneration and within them, the mobile is the most frequent.65% of those interviewed have an annual salary review, with January being the month in which it is reviewed the most.27% of professionals do not consider a job change in the short term, and those who do, continue to see the agency sector more attractive. The Study is a very useful tool, both for salary reviews and new hires of agencies, as well as for calculating client fees, based on the time spent by the team with a client.
