For me, Reputation is the reflection of a person’s prestige. A person achieves a good reputation when 3 aspects are given, he is admired, respected and transmits confidence.

In the Study published by Bosnia and Herzegovina Email List carried out by the international consulting firm Reputation Institute, the List of the 10 most admired Executives in Spain is presented, as a result of an online survey of 3,162 executives and managers of companies of all sizes established in Spain. The Top 10 List reflects the most admired Executives in Spain based on their notoriety, not their intimate knowledge. These are Emilio Botín (President of Banco Santander), Amancio Ortega (President of the Inditex textile business group), Florentino Pérez (President of ACS), César Alierta (Executive President of Telefónica), Ignacio S. Galán (President of Ibredrola), Francisco González (Chairman of BBVA), Juan Roig (Owner of Mercadona), Isidro Fainé (Chairman of la Caixa) and Antonio Brufau (Executive Chairman of Repsol). If we stop for a moment and reflect on this list, the following questions come to me.

It is clear that these gentlemen are the most admired Executives in Spain, but are these the most respected Executives in our country? Are these the executives who transmit the most confidence? In short, are these the Executives with the highest Reputation in Spain? Well, according to the Study, only 2 of the Executives on the Most Admired List remain on the Most Reputed Executives List. In the List of Executives with the highest Reputation, appear Amancio Ortega (President of the Inditex textile business group), Juan Roig (Owner of Mercadona), Isak Andik (Founder of the Catalan fashion group Mango), María Garaña (President of Microsoft Spain) and Jesús Encinar (Founder of the Idealista real estate portal).Reputation makes these executives attract people, makes people want to work for them, for their companies, makes people want to invest in the companies managed by them. Do you want to be an Admired Executive? Do you want to be a Respected Executive? Do you want to have a good reputation and attract people? Do not hesitate, your moment begins now. And don’t forget that anyone can achieve what they set out to do.
